An introductory level course for general public to prevent disease and promote well being through Ayurveda. Students learn daily routine, Ayurveda dietetics, Yoga, Pranayama and mediation.
This is an introductory level course for general public to prevent disease and lead a health enhancing lifestyle. Students learn how to establish an easy to implement Ayurveda daily routine that proactively enhances well being, cook using Ayurveda techniques and spices and recommended foods, incorporate Rasayanas tailored to needs (as per expert recommendation), practice self massage with Ayurveda oils, establish a daily practice of Yoga and Pranayama, Meditation and Mantras.
