Step Five: Pay Fees and Tuition
Our safe online server can be utilized to pay minor dues, fees and school tuition. It can be utilized to sign up for the various paid events hosted by Vedika Global by visiors to vedika also (non students).

Tuition for 2013 School Year
Installments for One, Three & Five Year Programs are due at time of Financial Agreement & prior to start of school year, May 1, and September 1.

Installment terms for first year
If installment option is chosen by the student, the first installment is due at time of signing the Registration Form which includes the financial terms and agreements, prior to start of school year and no later than November 15th, 2012. Subsequent installments are payable by March 15th, 2013, and June 15th, 2013. 2,250 will be payable at the time of signing the Financial Agreement (which would be no later than November 15th, 2012) and the balance in equal installments of $1,000 each by March 15th, 2013, and June 15th, 2013.

Retreat Costs
The cost of the retreats is not included in the tuition fees and is usually offered to students at minimal costs. The 1 day retreats costs $25 per student and 3 night/3.5 days retreat is $250 per student in year 2013. All retreats are mandatory to attend.
Elective Courses and Workshops
Throughout the year few elective workshops will be offered and enrolled students will be expected to pay only 50% or less of the cost offered to non students. Elective courses are optional to attend.
Note: Failure to Attend Classes
Students are responsible to complete attendance of the course including completion of all required practical study hours. Refunds will not be provided to students who fail to attend.
Cancellation/Early Termination Policy
The enrollment may be cancelled, in writing, without penalty (except non-refundable deposit and 10% of annual tuition based on the payment option elected by the student) through January 14th, 2013 only. If enrollment is cancelled after January 14th, 2013 the students are obligated to pay the full annual tuition, no portion of the tuition so paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled notwithstanding the subsequent absence, withdrawal or dismissal from the school.
