  Dear Ayurveda Seeker,

You are warmly invited to Vedika's free Ayurveda Sangha, an open community forum for sharing the experience of classical Ayurveda's physically, mentally, spiritually and socially transforming knowledge. You will learn about low-cost health solutions, healing foods and spices, and simple lifestyle adjustments to promote health and happiness in each season.

The Sangha is interactive, practical, informative and sublime. It's an opportunity to share insights, questions and a community meal with teachers, fellow health seekers and students of Ayurveda's living wisdom.
