Ayurveda is an astonishing science and an empowering art of living, which is highly attuned to nature and informed by over a hundred generations of practice. Ayurvedic principles, when incorporated in daily life, positively impact our body, mind and soul.
This special series of 4 classes is invaluable for imbibing timeless principles of Ayurveda and for initiating potent Self Healing of body, mind and soul. For prospective students of Ayurveda in the 1, 3, and 6-year programs offered at Vedika Gurukula, these classes provide the opportunity to explore, understand and experience the spiritually energized curriculum, its roots in an oral tradition, its style of education, and its culture of humanitarian service.
These classes are powerfully transformative in themselves and are immensely beneficial to the seeker who only takes this 4 class series on a stand alone basis.

Karma and Dharma: Using the law of Karma and its fruits and understanding the principles of Dharma to consciously craft health and wellbeing in mind, body, and soul. Cost : $30 |

Ayurveda & Yoga Philosophy: understanding Sattva Shuddhi – purification of the mind, and the Gurukula concept of Shishya Sadhana - the Ayurveda student's path of immersion in conscious education. Cost : $30 |

Fee and Payment
The fee for this 2 month certificate course is $800 and can be paid either in one lump sum or in two easy installments. The modes of payment are cash, check (payable to Vedika Global) or credit card.
Two installments of $400 each are due on January 14th, 2010 and on February 11th, 2010 |

Classes will be held in the Rasa Room of Vedika Global facility
at 830 Bancroft Way,
Berkeley, CA 94710.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00PM to 9:00PM; and from 9:00AM to 5:00PM in weekends.
The start date for the certificate course is January 14th, 2010 and end date is March 9th, 2010. Please arrive 15 minutes before class time to settle in.
Please bring your own food and beverages.
